What we collect

Contact details you give us — your name, company, email, and phone — when you send a claim or request access.
Claim documents you send — carrier estimates, roof reports, photos, and policy pages. These can include information about a homeowner (name, address, claim number). Send only what’s needed for the claim; you’re responsible for having the right to share documents from your own claim file.
Basic usage data — anonymous, cookieless page analytics (no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking) so we can see which pages get visited.

Documents and claim records live in a private, access-controlled database and file store (Supabase), encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
Row-level security is enforced by the database on every request — anonymous visitors cannot read any claim, file, or contact record, full stop.
The website itself is hosted on Vercel.

The ScopeRecord team — currently founder-operated — for the sole purpose of reviewing your claim and preparing your supplement.
Our infrastructure vendors process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (web hosting), and Formspree (delivers the email notification when you submit a form — your contact details pass through it).
Nobody else. We don’t sell or rent your data, share your claim details with carriers or other contractors, or train models on your claim files.

We keep claim documents while your claim is active and for our records afterward, unless you ask us to delete them.
Email braydenscuffham2@gmail.com to request an export or deletion of anything you’ve sent. Deletion requests are honored promptly — removed from live systems within 30 days at most.

ScopeRecord assists contractors in preparing supplements to their own repair estimates.
