Case studies

Proof, without the fiction.

There are none yet, and that is the honest answer. Below is exactly what has to be true before one appears here.

The featured result

One claim, before and after.

[CASE STUDY PENDING]

Carrier estimate as written

After the supplement

Newly approved

No claim has been back-tested and cleared for publication yet. When one has, this block carries it: the carrier’s estimate as written, what the scope didn’t cover, what the carrier approved after the supplement — including anything it reduced or denied — and the document that verifies each figure.

It stays empty until then. A composite assembled from plausible numbers would be the one figure on this site with nothing behind it.

There are no case studies on this page yet.

A case study appears here when a carrier has responded in writing and the contractor has given written permission to publish it. Until both of those exist for a claim, there is nothing to show — and a composite built from “typical” numbers would be the one thing on this site we’d have made up.

The sample claim shown above this section is illustrative and labelled as such throughout.

What each one will contain

  • 01The carrier estimate as originally written
  • 02The scope it didn't cover, and the requirement behind each item
  • 03The documentation supplied to support it
  • 04The carrier's written response — including what was reduced or denied
  • 05Newly approved dollars, only where a carrier document states the figure

Why this page is empty

A composite built from “typical” numbers would be the one thing on this site we’d have made up.

The whole product is a promise that every figure has a document behind it. Seeding this page with a plausible result to make a young company look established would cost exactly the thing the company is selling. So it stays empty until it doesn’t have to be.

In the meantime, the sample claim shows the format of the output in full, labelled illustrative throughout — and the methodology shows the eight stages that produce it.
